Status of moderation?

The focus now should be on building the site; we don't yet have much to moderate, after all. The admins (ArtOfCode, Luap42, and I) keep an eye on all sites to take care of administrative requests like configuration changes.

That said, a community does need moderators from within its ranks, people who know the domain -- we shouldn't assume admins can evaluate some of the flags that'll come up. We have appointed mattdm as a pro-tem mod. As the site grows, we'll ultimately want the community to choose its mods. But first, let's focus on building that community of people and content.
